DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
DUTIES:
Direct oversight of the daily tasks of Administrative Employees.
Delegation of roles and responsibilities among Administrative Staff.
Oversight of the Agency’s Accounting Officer and Oversight of all billing processes.
Oversight of the Agencies Nurse.
Primarily responsible for ensuring that NAC 404 Regulations are followed by all staff, and employees.
Will head the hiring process and delegate duties for hired and terminated staff as appropriate.
Review and approve or deny client referrals.
Make timely responses to all CPS/APS inquires and/or reports.
Oversee any Internal Investigations.
Review and approval any high-level General Event Reports.
Approve, provide and review any trainings for staff and/or contractors.
Oversee and respond to any Rights Restrictions grievances.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Mental Health and/or a related field that would enhance this candidate’s ability to perform the duties of this position.
A minimum of 3 years experience in Social Services, Developmental Disabilities and/or a related field that would enhance the ability to adequately accommodate the demands of this position.

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE
DUTIES:
Review of Programming Data for all individuals served.
Review and approval of General Event Reports.
Review of MAR Data.
Review and completion of client files.
Review and completion of Staff files.
Work alongside the Director of Operations to ensure that all NAC 404 Regulations are being followed.
Keep agency records for all documentation (hard or electronic files).
Review Disaster preparedness Drills and follow up with staff and Administrative members if needed.
Other Duties as assigned by CEO (Mrs. Antonia Dorsey) or COO (Dr. Jamar Dorsey, Sr.)
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Business Administration and/or another related field that would enhance this candidate’s ability to perform the duties of this position.
A candidate who is qualified for this position may not have any items on the abuse and neglect background checks that will be reviewed.
A minimum of 2 years experience working in the Developmental Disabilities, Business Administration, Social Services or another field that would enhance this candidates ability to perform the duties of this position in an accurate and timely manner.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
DUTIES:
Arrange all hiring documentation for staff and contractors.
Begin the grievance process for staff and/or clients to be passed along to the Director of Operations.
This Director will be the first contact for those who are interested in a position with the agency.
Work with the most recent computer operating systems to assist in record keeping and time management.
Arrange all new hire appointments and provide the staff handbook, Staff contract and any other pertinent information that is needed upon hiring.
Run E-Verify and ensure that background checks have been ran for all newly hired staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of an Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of Office Computer Operating systems. A willingness to learn new software systems as needed for the position.
The ability to multitask.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
DUTIES:
Case management of client cases in Group Homes and Extended Family Homes (EFH).
Communication and contact with guardians, state employees, and other legal and personal parties involved in client cases.
Supervision and review of Group Home Staff and EFH providers and homes.
Assist in team development of support programs.
Review and approval of General Event Reports.
Review of program goals and progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at-least 19 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Human services or another related field preferred.
At-least one year of case management experience preferred.
A valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.

Acceptable verbal and written communication abilities.
RESIDENTIAL MANAGER
DUTIES:
Direct supervision of assigned residential settings and the persons residing in those settings.
Hire, train, and supervise staff providing support to the individuals residing in the residential settings.
Scheduling of and supervising direct Support professionals.
Ensuring that residential staffing levels meet requirements.
Ensuring that habilitative, and behavioral programs are implemented properly.
Ensuring that required documentation is completed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring that state and federal regulations are met.
Rotate on-call responsibilities and work direct support professional working hours as a working supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have two years paid experience working with Developmentally Disabled persons.
Provide persons served with transportation. Have a valid driver’s license with 2 or less moving violations and no DUI tickets in the last 5 years.
Must have valid automobile insurance that complies with state standards.
The ability to problem solve.
Be at-least 19 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Preferably a combination of experience and a college degree.
RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR
DUTIES:
Case management of client cases in Extended Family Homes (EFH).
Communication and contact with guardians, state employees, and other legal and personal parties involved in client cases.
Supervision and review of EFH providers and homes.
Assist in team development of support programs.
Review and approval of General Event Reports.
Review of program goals and progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at-least 19 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Human services or another related field preferred.
At-least one year of case management experience preferred.
A valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.

REGISTERED NURSE
DUTIES:
Visiting Site-specific areas completing education on Standards of care and medication safety practices.
Education and training for medication aide registry.
Working with providers to ensure safety techniques and standard practices for dispensing medication.
Conducting quality improvement activities.
Completing of monthly medication safety compliance checks.
Support for providers giving clinical advice and documenting recommendations.
Provide Direct and Indirect Supervision of all clients served by Capture Developmental and Community Services.
Provide on-going training opportunities for contractors and staff.
Provide complex and Non-Complex Nursing interventions.
Review and auditing of Medication Administration Records and Client Medication Tracking.
Completing well-checks.
Collaborating with community providers to ensure there is a wholistic approach to healthcare.
Abide by all 172 NAC 99 requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Education to include a minimum of an associate degree in nursing and current state administered license.
Preferably one year of teaching experience.
Preferably one-year experience in mental health.
Licensed RN
Minimum of two years’ experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
DUTIES:
Support people who have Developmental Disabilities in their daily living needs and tasks.
Teach independent living skills and support individuals by helping them gain greater independence in their lives overall.
Provide positive behavioral support while working directly with clients in various settings.
Assist individuals with positive choices and meeting their personal goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at-least 19 years of age.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
Provide persons served with transportation. Have a valid driver’s license with 2 or less moving violations and no DUI tickets in the last 5 years.
Must have valid automobile insurance that complies with state standards.
Physical ability to complete assigned responsibilities.
CLINICIAN
DUTIES:
Complete client assessments
Assist with and/or create client habilitation programs
Attend meetings with client teams
Provide consultative services (when necessary)
Follow up with behavioral concerns (as needed)
Respond to trends in habilitative programming when needed
Respond to trends in T-Logs and GERs’ when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling (Mental Health)
Ability to work with a variety of clients and teams
Hold a Nebraska Mental Health professional license
At-least one year experience working in the social services (preferred)
